Office XP Dev. Packager - Large Size and which Files?

I performed a test install package, which included Access runtime. The setup.exe is quite small, BUT..then access files and the cab file are huge. Any way to compress this down?

Also; which files are needed to perform the installation from the package? Do I only need the setup.exe file and the cab. file?
