Office XP Deployment - HELP !!

I have got a Windows 2000 Server set-up and have loaded Office XP (using setup.exe /a)into a shared directory called Office. I have set up a GPO and entered the MSI's into the User section. How do I get it from there to the workstations? Any good step-by-steps out there?
