Office XP blocking Attachments

How can i disable office XP from automatically block attachments sent to me, other than office files.

Office 2K with SP2 automatically disables such attachments as .exe and .scr to prevent virii, and I can only assume this holds true for XP as well. This cannot be undone, as Microsoft assumes everyone is gullible. Perhaps the only way to get attachments is to make sure they are .zip files or something else. Maybe .ex_ would work? Bill Zielinski
