Office XP - attachment "blocked" 1

I sent a mail to friend who had office XP. He has no mailsweeper or firewall. I sent one .exe attachment and he could read the message but xp said that this file could be insecure, and has therefor been blocked. I can't find anything in the settings to regulate this blockings.

Any ideas? / Thanks Henrik
