We are running Citrix metaframe 1.8 with SP3 and Office XP installed. When published office applications are opened and minimized, the icons disappear from the taskbar. This apparently is a known issue and there is a hotfix available. However, we have applied the hotfix (a registry key entry) and it did not resolve the problem. Has anyone run into this and have a fix that works? TIA Susan
