OFFICE XP 2002, WIN98 MSI fails Error Code 0x8000402

I try to install Office XP 2002 on a re-installed Windows98[sup]se[/sup] with an MSI G4 420 3D Video card already installed but I get the error 25506 Error Code 0x8000402 because my OBCINT.DLL is version 30520.1403.0 not 30520.1403.2 and I can't seem to find the required version number! I've seen .3 and others but no .2!
Can anyone help me please because I can't access office anymore sfter having to msicu.exe Office XP Professional [/b][/color]because the repair facility would always hang "..stopped responding to the system" after getting the Bug problem in PowerPoint where the sound file selected wouldn't be the one it says it is!
Then, of course I would have had to reinstall all the updates, Damnit!
Now I've got no office, fullstop!
