Hi Guys

Apparently we can run Avaya Communicator as a Soft Phone on the IP500V2 and the SE. In this scenario you don't need a IP Phone or Endpoint it is just like Power User except you don't get the Mobility Option.

Has anyone done this when I try on an IP500 the communicator says their is a licencing issue.

There is a big saving in cost on a large softphone deployment if we can do this.

[cheers]

Avaya Communicator runs with at least Office Worker license in R9.1+. No Hardware needed 'cause it's a softphone. [shadeshappy]
