Office Web Components: Graphs

Hi All, I'm trying to use Activer Server Pages to display a graph based on user's selection criteria. To achieve this, I would like to use Office Web Components (OWC 9 or 10), a Microsoft ActiveX component. My questions are:
* Does anyone has experience in using it? and if so, are they easy and reliable to use?
* Are there any other free components out there?

OWC for charting is pretty much impossible for a public website because of licensing.. have a look at How are these subs being called? (thread329-657338).

There are a lot of charting components out there, though I've not seen a free ASP one.

You can search the forums, I think I posted some beginning code for bar charts on at least 3 or four seperate dates. Everything from interpolated solid graphs to a pseudo bar graph object.

I've got a free barchart ASP class (no components) downloadable from my Web site at

to help turn data stored in a table (or SQL statement) into a barchart...
