Office updates

Hello,
This my first post and first (test) SMS 2 server I've worked with so
if there's an faq out there that has my answers please let me know
where it is.

I'm trying to install Sp3 for Office 2000 on one test machine. SMS
shows the installation returning a zero and therefore shows successful
but when I check the PC, it doesn't show the update help and about.
I'm using the ohotfix.ini for the install with the following options
changed:

IsNormalUpdate=0
AdminPath=\\sms1\office\data1.msi
ShowSuccessDialog=0
OHotfixUILevel=q
MsiUILevel=q

When I manually double clicked the ohotfix.exe, it did say it was
successful so I uninstalled office and then reinstalled to continue
testing. Could this be the problem.
