Office Server Extensions Setup Problem

I'm trying to install the Microsoft Office Server Extensions from Disc 3 of MS Office 2000 Premium, but every time I try I get the following error:<br><br><FONT FACE=monospace>You must be a member of the local Administrators Group to install the Microsoft Office Server Extensions.
