Office Server Extensions. Need help in setting up permissions, etc.

I need someone to not only answer just one or a few questions, ... but I would like someone who has
done this before .. to actually walk with me while I set up (what ever I need to set up) in order to
activate the use of Web Folders on an NT server.

Situation is this:

I have documents (word, excel, etc.) that I want to put up on this NT server (which as Office Server
Extensions).

Then, I want to allow a specific group of users to access ONLY specific files within a specific directory
(or sometimes I may want to give access to an entire directory - with no sub directories ... or a directory
- along with all of its sub directories).

I also want to set up Web Discussions and Web Subscriptions.

I am confused on how to set permissions and how to give specific users access to the specified files.

So, I need step by step help.

If someone wouldn't mind helping, .. I need someone who can walk me through this. (Maybe using Yahoo
Messenger to communicate as we walk through this - might also be another option. Then, I can copy and
paste all of the conversation here in the end for anyone who might want to read it.)

Please let me know.

I need to do this asap.
