Hello,
I have a customer how has a OS7100 or maybe a 7200 telephone system with IP extensions and with PSTM services. For some reason if a call comes in or they make a call, they cannot make or answer a second call. They get a message on the screen of the handset stating no MGI channels available. Has anyone got any ideas. Looking at going to the site in the next two days. Thank you
