Office Proofing tools - Terminal Services - permissions?

Hello

I have a small situation where we have Office 2007 installed on a TS box.

everything all works fine apart from the spell checker / proofing tools.

this only affects regular users. if i log into TS as an admin, the spell checker works OK.

Any clues? something new in Office 2007?
