Microsoft Office Outlook offers you a 'snooze' feature for appointments/tasks in your diary. The problem I have is that the time periods offered do not always suit my (and others in the office) requirements; e.g you cannot snooze for 3 hours or 5 days. Is there any way this feature can be made totally flexible? Thanks in advance...

Snooze in Outlook is meant to work like snooze on your alarm clock. If you set the appointment for that time i don't think you should be 3 hours or 5 days later. If you need to be reminded in 3 hours or 5 days you may have to make another appointment in the calendar if you want to be reminded then.

My alarm clock just has a 10 minute snooze. A meeting or WHY may be postponed for a variable amount of time due to unforseen circumstances. I do not want to have to re-enter all the deatials! Probably YAMSB!

If that's the case, why not just open the item when the reminder pops up, change the time and/or date, and then click "Save and Close". You don't need to re-enter any of the details. Then you'll have a reminder pop up before the rescheduled time.

Cheers.
