Office/Outlook 2000 Mutilanguage version

After installing the mutilanguage version of office i have found that it takes 30 seconds once clicked on outlook for it to open up IF THE LANGUAGE FOR OFFICE IS SET TO ANYTHING BUT ENGLISH anybody any ideas seen this before
