Office moves - can't delete an extension

I'm working with an S8500 Media Server.

We are doing some office moves, and I need to delete an extension from the switch so I can move it to another building with IP phones. When I tried to remove station XXXX, I got a message telling me that "Bridged appearances must be removed before removal." There was a bridged appearance that I changed to a call appearance, but I still cannot delete the station from the switch. I get the same error even though all bridged appearances have been removed.

you have not removed them all.

that station yuo are trying to remove is bridged on some other phone...

do a "list usage extension XXXX" you will probbaly still find in referenced in some other extensions. You can also try a "list bridged XXXX" as well
