Office mode and ipassignment.conf

We have NG AI running Office Mode for our SecureClient users. However we have tried to over-ride the office mode settings for one of our users using the ipassignment.conf file. This entry has specified a single host using an IP address outside of the office ip pool. After running the ipafile_check on this file, without errors and reloading the global policy the user specified does not pick this new address up - it is still picking up an IP address from the ip pool. Any ideas?

I have excatly the same problem.. We are using Nokia boxes and R54 NG AI I have also edited the ipassignment.conf and loaded it up, with the same results. The ip address is pulled from the pool. Have you found the answer to this yet, or is it still a problem? I noticed that the ipassignment file with the Nokia wasn't updated when I loaded the new policy which made me wonder if I had to edit them manually...
