Office Location Filed in User information LDAP

We are trying to have LDAP ignore the Office Location field during the Sync. Presently in the Parameters set, we have it as blank, so anything that the Admin puts in manually gets over written with blank after the sync.

Wondering if there is a tag which can make LDAP blind to this flied and leave it unchanged
