If I get a single reply to this I'll be happy so here goes.

When running reports in Access that are called from a third-party program the Office Links (Analyze it with Excel and Publish it with Word) are available for everyone except a single user. When that user opens the same database directly the Office Links are there. I can't think of any reason why this would be occurring. Does anyone have any ideas???? If anything, thanks for reading this post. ;-)

Kind of a puzzle. I don't really know but my first thought was to check and see if the person has the run-time version of Access installed in addition to the full version.

Great thought. We're actually looking into that now. It may be the source of the issue. They did uninstall the runtime, but I'm worried that there may be some files or registry entries left over.
