I have a Gateway Notebook Solo 2500 SE, 333 MHz Celeron and 64 MB RAM, with OS Win 98SE. A while back installed G85 USB interface, and it worked well. Later I installed HP1200 parallel interface and that worked well. When I came home with the Notebook I attempted to install parallel interface with the G85 and it did not work at all; the 1200 interface continued to work well. Recently, I attempted to reestablish the G85 parallel interface and still did not work well. I then deleted the printer icon in Control Panel, then I was told to complete the G85 uninstall, which I did successfully. I then tried to reinstall the Parallel interface using the CD and it did not work; nor can I install the USB interface. What can I do next?
Thanks,
David
