Office IP500- droping calls

I have an office IP500 at one of my client's facilities. They are constantly droping calls - both incoming and outgoing call are being affected. Any ideas on what may becausing this problem?

 
A lot more info is needed to help , software level, handsets, lines, basic layout (voicemail, attendants etc)

I suppose you could log a call with the line providor for them to check, that's assuming ISDN.

Are you using SoftConsole on version 4.2.11?
