I have been presented with a problem from a company employee, when he tries to open any of the office icons (shortcuts, and original exe's) nothing happens. He is in Scotland and the disk isn't so is there a solution to this with out running restore or repair from the disk?
The have previously worked fine, he has tried rebooting and says that he hasn't changed anything on his system.
