I've just purchased a HP laptop which came pre-installed with Office 2007 60 Day Trial. I started uninstalling this and the PC crashed leaving the office install completely messed up. In the end I had to manually delete the office files and registry entries since the uninstaller kept failing.
However in the Add/Remove Programs listing there is a entry called Microsoft Office Professional Hybrid 2007 which I have an option to uninstall and can't remove. Any ideas how to clear this and tidy up the files?
