Have a computer that hangs when opening any documents created by another user using that used a template (i.e. fax trans, etc.). The PC has Windows XP pro and Office XP pro with all service packs. I have tried logging in as another user on the system, uninstalling office and deleting all registry info and reinstalling office, and creating a new profile. Non have worked. Any ideas?
