Office EULA whenever Visual Studio starts

I'm not sure what I did wrong when I installed Visual Studio 2003. Whenever it starts, an Office XP EULA appears and I have to click accept.

Any ideas how I can stop the Office XP EULA popping up when I start Visual Studio 2003. I don't really want to uninstall it as the machine has VS6, VS2003, VS2005 and VS2008 installed. I don't know how badly it will mess up the other installations if I uninstall it.
