Hi,

I have a client who cannot download a CSV file in his browser.

I know the issue is relating to a browser setting which needs to be enabled when accessing docs over HTTPS.

Only I've hunted the security section and the advanced and for the life of me cannot remember which option it is I need to set to enable the docs to download.

Can someone remind me please.

cheers,

It's OK , found it.

I hate it when you can't see for looking....

Tools->Internet Options->Advanced

Scroll down to 'Security' section.

Take tick out of 'Do not save encrypted files to disk'

Why do some browsers have this ticked by default, yet others do not?

Right royal pain in the butt that one is!
