Office Cam for inhouse viewing

I have a Windows 2000 server with less than 10 users on it. We have a delivery board that I want to set up a web cam to constantly monitor the board. I want everyone in the different parts of the office to see view this board from their workstations. For security reasons, I don't want the image to go out over the web.

Does anyone have any suggestions of hardware and software that would serve my purpose?

Linksys makes a wireless web cam with some custom software, 3 different size settings, and 5 different quality images. You can password protect it, all that jazz. I don't think there is a way to embed the image into a web page, but it's nice and easy.

The viewing software is downloaded through an applet, it's got a swivel head on it, manual focus and wall mounts.
