I have written an excel speadsheet which does various calculations and on a click of a "open doc" button, it opens a linked letter for a mail merge. This works fine on my computer getting the desired results which is to open a the word doc and then print and close. On a users machine when they click the button,which opens the word doc a popup comes up about not being able to open the office assistant which then does not print and exits. Is there anyway to stop this from happening.
