We have a small company with 4 software techs who concievabley could receive support calls 24/7. We do not have an IP phone system. What we have now is an answering service what picks up our calls 24/7 and sends out an email to all 4 techs when help is needed. The problem is no one knows when another tech has answered a call and we have to contact the answering service to confirm each message. We want to eliminate steps. Does anyone know a simpler way of doing this? We all have Blackberries so we are never out of touch, but an easier way to transferring messages would be a big help. Thank you.
