Office 365 Home for a Business

One of my customers refuses to buy the business version of Office 365 for his business computers and has Office 365 Home instead. Any idea as to the likelihood of Microsoft "whacking" his rights to run the software or figuring things out?

I'm trying to present a realistic picture of the risk/punishment involved in doing this. They are about to buy 5 more licenses which brought the practice to my attention.

The simple solution is to refuse to do business with such an obviously unethical customer. You might even hint that MS will learn of their business ethics & practices...
