Having an issue with some of my users. Moved them all over to office 2010 all seemed to be going ok but then some users started reporting that after they save there files to their network share, they are being converted to a .tmp file. Usually also having their name changed to random number/letter combination as well. It's not happening to all users just some and in different buildings. Thought it may be just the users not saving correctly before they shut office, but i have watched these users and they are saving before they close office. It seems to be mainly happening with word although excel and publisher also seem to cause this issue as well. Any ideas where to look to solve this one.
