This is something that would apply to all Office 2010 products, I'd imagine, but I'm specifically wanting to do it in Outlook at the moment.
Has anyone here been able to add a text box to the ribbon, and then be able to reference the text box entered value from code?
Here's what I'd like to do:
Add a custom text box to the ribbon
Have the text box default to "today" for the date
If someone selects the box and hits <Enter> or else changes the date to another date, and then hit <Enter>, then it runs a vba macro, taking in the date value from the text box.
I've been digging around on this one, but cannot find any such setting/control to add.
Thanks for any help on this one.
