Office 2010 KMS stoppped working on PVS Citrix

We look after a PVS Citrix 6.5 system, and each time the client servers reboot, Office loses activation. You open Office after a reboot and it says not activated, then you close and re-open and it is now activated.

We have tried the rearm procedure to no effect.

The KMS server is not within the Citrix system, but it is on the primary DC. All checks for resolution etc work.

We have installed VAMT 2.0 and we can see the machines reporting as license reactivated.

There seems to be nothing of use in the logs so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions at all?
