We bought a computer with office 2007 purchased & preloaded about 3 years ago. At that time, I only received 25 character product key for office 2007. It says that "Medialess License Kit--No Discs Included". It worked OK with no issues.
But the PC crashed about month ago. I had to re-format the partition and re-install everything back. Everything seemed to work OK except the Office 2007.
Since I don't have the CD, I downloaded "Office 2007 trail version" from the Internet. Then I entered the product Key during the installation. But every time when user is trying to open the Word, it's still showing trail version. Now, it is saying that the trail version expired (60+ days).
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall for several times. It looks like it didn’t take the product key for some reason. Any idea what to do?
