Office 2007 Proofing tools issues?

I just installed the 2007 sp1 proofing tools and i encounter some issues.

First of all when i open a document it's not being automatically highlighted for errors and i have to recheck via the excel options.

And second,i don't see any hyphenation option,isn't there any?

I somehow seemed to solved part 1,but what about hyphenation?Do they really not support hyphenation on proofing 2007?
