Office 2007 problems with XP

Too general. Impossible to say without knowing what you used, or are used to. For example, if you have Office files that used VBA there could very well be some major glitches.
2007 is most certainly different. Some people, apparently, like it. Personally, I dislike it quite a lot, and intend to avoid it for as long as possible. We just did a purchase of over 200 new machines (Vista and Office 2007 installed) and blew 'em all away, back to XP and Office 2002.
