Office 2007 Configuration

I have a user who has Office 2007 configured to a way he likes it. We are planning to move him to new hardware. Is there anyway to export save his current settings so they can be easily applied to the new installation of Office?

I think moving the user profile should do it.This link provides one user's insight into moving profiles.
