I'm using office 2004, the problem I have is with Excel.

When you are moving from one cell to another it is very differcult to see were you are unless you look at the columns at the top and rows on the left.

Is there any way of increasing the highlight of the cell you are currently in. i.e when you move over each cell you can actually see were you are.

Thanks in advance.

Not quite sure of your question about highlighting active cell but here's what I do.

In Finder system Preferences go to Appearance. For highlight color select something like green or red. Then, in Excel, the active cell will be outlined in that color. Both green and red stand out pretty well.

For this to take effect you have to quit Excel and relaunch.

Using OSX 10.3.9 on a G4

Hmm, when I open Finder system preferance I don't have appearance?

Your right, yes I do and yes that is what I wanted, THANKS
