I've installed Access 2003 and on first use I double click on a file like "regional.mdb" the windows installer pops up like normal for first time use, "however" ,I get an error message:
"Cannot find the file 'Q:\regional.mdb'(or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available"
This error only occurs once. From that point foward the current user never sees it again. If a new user logs on then it is repeated.
Anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it?
