We recently upgraded from MS Office 2000 to Office 2003 and did not like the upgrade. Downgraded/Uninstalled Office 2003 and reset Office 2000 applications so they were reinstalled. Everything seems fine except that in Outlook 2000 when we try to do a send/receive to our POP3 email host, we receive an error message that says "Operation Failed". Nothing in the event viewer that would give an indication where to start. Any body have any clues? Bruce
