First post but hopefully somebody on here could help me out. A number of my users are getting issues when copying and pasting to and from MS Word and Outlook (Office 2003). Once the user has copied and pasted between the two programs, the Outlook tool bar 'greys' out most of the buttons such as Send, New, Forward, Reply, Save etc. not the send and receive button though. The only way to fix the problem is to restart Outlook each time, without being able to save the composed email - which is lost.
All machines have latest services packs and updates installed, and word is not set up to compose the emails (thought that may have been the issue - it wasn't!)
Any ideas? It's really starting to become a problem now.
