Office 2003 Gathering required information popup window

Hello, all.

I installed Office 2003 in a computer lab.

The problem is that whenever a user is logging on to a PC and loads Microsoft Word then the Windows Installer appears on screen.

It displays a "Gathering required information" window.

This windows pops up every time a new user logs on to the PC and runs an Office application.

How I can prevent this from occuring?

When the user logs on the computer then a mandatory profile is loaded because I do not want the users to change the PC settings.

Hi,
I think if you set the Default Programs in Control Panel, this doesn't keep happening, unless you have more than one version of Office loaded and you go back and forth between the two.
