So, I work at a small business in Portland, OR and we are one of the case studys for Office 2003. Well, we installed Office 2003 about 2 months ago company wide (I didnt like the idea in the first place). We got a call from our microsoft contact after we had raised concerns that one of the add-ons for office 2003 (Business Contact Manager) was not helping us much. Well, he recomended that we update to Technical Refresh 2. So we downloaded the installer and did some local testing on my system as well as the company laptop. So, All is good and well, I did not realize that Business Contact manager would stop working unless updated to the latest refresh of it's installer as well.
So, The Problem:
After following MS's instructions on how to update Business Contact Manager (BCM), The first system that we upgraded using there methods went fine, We did it while the sales associate that was using it was out of the office for vacation. Well that guy came back into the office today and all his Opportunites are gone. Has anyone else had issues with Office 2003 and Business Contact manager after the update to Technical Refresh 2?
