Office 2002 hangs when trying to search clipart

Hi All,

If I open word or PP click insert,picture,clipart,then do search the program hangs. I have to end task. It does the same thing on my coworkers computers. We have Office XP 2002, and XP SP2. Thanks in advance.

Hi..and thanks. No dice. Clipart starts to appear, but the icons are white boxes, with suare, circle and a triangle. Then it locks up.
