How may I create a collection (base on a query not direct add) that diffentiates between office 97 and office 2000, keeping in mind the occurance of having office 97 still exhists after loading office 2000. Also what queries may I create to differentiate between a standard office 2000 load, an office 2000 load with sr1 applied and an office 2000 with sr1 and sp2 applied?
