office 2000 word problem

having just networked 2 pc's together in my office, i seem to have a problem with regards the following:- all documents are saved on pc no.1, when pc no. 2 accesses a word document, some of the "formatting" ie. layout is incorrect with regards word wrap etc. both pc's are using the same version of office 2000 sml business. any help gratefully appreciated

Hi rincewind001,

Your formatting / wordwrap problems may be due to different default printers on each PC. Word's display is very much based on the default printer on the PC.
