I'm working with Developer 2000 Forms v.6.0.5.0.2 and I'm trying to call a Microsoft Word Document passing some data from Oracle to insert in a pre-built document but it doesn't work. I have Office 2000, is there a problem of compatibility with this version and Oracle OLE2 ?

why it didn't work... ? is there an error message or what?
what is the output of your program...? maybe you could tell me so that i can help you...

Hi,

We are currently developing a 6i application and have run into a lot of minor bugs with the version you are using: labels disappearing, application crashing after exit_form, etc.
I don't know if this will help with your issues, but I would recommend upgrading to the latest stable version of 6i:
6.0.8.18.3 is the one we found got rid of most of the runtime bugs.
Regards,
Jeremy

Thank's u for the repplies. Actually, the programm doesn't show any mistake, as a matter of fact it doesn't work at all. The only thing that I can see is that Word stays in memory but it doesn't show. I've worked with this kind of app's but it's my first time with the Developer 6. and Microsoft 2000, so I have the doubt of the compatibility or maybe its the version of the developer. I'll keep searching about this case...
