Interesting scenario for you all, if you'd like to help me out here I'd appreciate it.
I've had a number of calls from people in my company, saying that they cannot access their Office application Help files - they receive either a 'This page cannot be displayed'.
I have a work-around, which is to install the Help files locally. But I want to get to the root of the problem.
While having located the help files on the network, I can't seem to figure out whats stopping people from viewing them correctly.
Only theories I've got at the moment are
1) Some kind of security permissions error (although I highly doubt this to be the case)
2) The file pathways to the Help files at installation are incorrect, thus Office doesn't know where to look for the help files. But if this is the case, I don't know how to change it.
Can anyone offer any insight into my situation?
