I have just upgraded from Office XP to OFFICE 11 ( MS OFFICE PROFESSIONAL EDITION 2003). I am using XP Pro. It seems that I am no longer able to right click on an application like MS WORD and create a shortcut, either on the DESK TOP or the TOOL BAR. I have even tried depressing the ALT key and attempting to drag the application. When I do that the Start Menu disappears. What am I doing wrong and what should I do to correct my mistakes.
Thanks for your concern and help. Eddie2 (eddie460@comcast.net)
