I have a user running Office 2007 on XP. If he clicks on his 'File' menu he has 13 entries for 'page setup', only one of whioch actually works.
I have tried resetting the menus - 'view - toolbars - customise - reset usage', done a 'detect & repair' and I've also renamed the 'pip' files but nothing seems to clear the 13 'page setup' entries. Short of re-installing... anybody seen this, have any ideas?
